- Tad Montgomery’s doing a Community Fuels Forum at Brattleboro Savings and Loan, 7-9 pm
- Tom Wessels (author of Myth of Progress and Antioch professor) giving a talk at Keene Library about history of Pisgah State Park – date and time???
- Chandra DJ-ing Childrens Dance (7:15-8) at Dance Express at The Church, "Adult" dance, 8-11, Sat Nov 10.

- Removal of Janet’s addition of "Vermont Yankee" due to her absence. Item shifted to December agenda.
- "Vermont’s Energy Future" – added
Leadership Council (LC)
- Vital Communities as Fiscal Agent
- 7-18% administrative fee – details and conditions of that to be researched further, both in terms of Vital Communities and in general what is the norm.
- Research will be done and disseminated to group via e-mail: Sherry will contact Vital Communities; Liz, the Merck Foundation; Dora, contacts in town. Decision to be made at December meeting.
- Tim will contact Brattleboro Food Co-op to see if it is willing to be a fiscal agent
- LC Statement to BAFM on WFM decision
- Tim will put a statement out to LC for revision and approval, then send on to Dave Schoales for the BAFM.
- WFM Bank Account Proposal
- Tim proposed that excess receipts beyond repayment of POS for WFM expenditures serve as the basis for an independent WFM bank account. Sherry will keep spreadsheet and matter will be re-visited at end of season.
POS Tasks
- Tabling Schedule WFM:
- First two dates in Dec. and may need people for Jan., Feb., March dates.
- Hayride Ticket selling at Fair Winds
- Hang fliers
- Volunteers needed to sell tickets on Friday Nov. 23

- Developing more concrete guidelines for Cindy’s position as Sustainable Food Project Coordinator
- Long term project aimed at education and action around local food sustainability to aid in grantseeking: Windham Regional Educational and Agriculture Project (WREAP)

- Daniel Lerch’s handbook on Post Carbon cities will be made available for members of the Selectboard that are interested.
